MYB is a professional bookkeeping service located in Calgary, Alberta. The founder and owner of MYB is Kathy Watson. Kathy and her team have been successfully minding businesses for over 10 years. With the exclusive use of the QuickBooks software program, she has developed accounting systems to easily manage the bookkeeping and accounting for many small businesses in a variety of industries. As a small business owner herself, Kathy is passionate about the success of entrepreneurs.

Starting and running your own business is exciting, but also requires hard work and time. A major aspect of the time involved is the bookkeeping. To make good business decisions, you need an accurate picture of the financial health of your company. That financial snapshot cannot be made unless your everyday financial transactions are recorded accurately and on a timely basis. Kathy has been continually upgrading her skills over the years, attending accounting courses, software courses, CRA sessions and various bookkeeping and accounting conventions. By having MYB as your outsourced accounting department, you automatically get full access to the collection of resources that Kathy has acquired. She is an active member of the Canadian Bookkeepers Association. She is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor with Intuit Canada and teaches QuickBooks courses at the Bow Valley College.
